I'm writing you as a very satisfied customer of your Sport Seat. I had back surgery just before Christmas and I'm largely, but not completely recovered. My wife and I were scheduled to take a long-planned trip to Egypt last week, and I purchased a Sport Seat directly from you for the trip. It was a godsend. It enabled me to keep up with the tour group, but to sit down during the many explanations of historic sites. We had a wonderful trip, and I don't think that would have been possible without the Sport Seat.

Since we purchased the Sport Seat, we have found that we can go to the ocean and walk the board walk , watch the birds and the ships, no longer are we dependant on public benches that are occupied in crowded areas. I have had my Sport Seat for almost two years, and it has improved my life enormously. I have a relatively common medical problem called fibromyalgia, which in most people causes widespread body pain, fatigue and lack of energy, and often limits a person's ability to walk for long distances. Your product would be a wonderful solution for many people with this condition, as it would allow them to walk greater distances.

I am a 63 year old Rheumatologist Internal Medicine Physician who retired three years ago due to spinal arthritis and spinal stenosis requiring several operations. This week my spouse and me leave for our fifth international trip in the last three years. On each trip I take my Sport Seat which I first found in a birders catalog. While traveling, and whenever I use this seat, people invariably stop me and ask me where I bought the seat. As a physician who specialized in the care of various arthritis and neurology disorders, I can attest that you folks manufacture the absolute best aid for people who have difficulties with prolonged standing. The walking/sitting aids sold through medical supply companies are far inferior to yours in all respects: quality, strength, lightness and cost.

My experience with the unique Sport Seat began in November of '96. At the time I was in distressing pain in my lower back caused by a ruptured disc. Unable to be on my feet for more than 10 minutes I looked for help so that I could be somewhat mobile. I found the Sport Seat and purchased it. I depend on my Sport Seat, taking it everywhere. It provided help while cooking, washing dishes, etc. It proved to be my most helpful companion (except for my husband).

The Sport Seat is a boon to the elderly, especially those with arthritis or painful joints. Because it is lightweight, they can take it with them on outings, knowing if they become tired or uncomfortable, it can easily be folded out to sit down. The Sport Seat gives the elderly more freedom and flexibility in their lives.
